Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following options:

> Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days

>Expedited shipping (if available): 7-12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin and begin from the date of shipment, not the other date. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free Shipping may be available on qualifying orders. 

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. 

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Delivery Issues If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at simplygood25@yahoo.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve this issue.

Undelivered Packages Packages returned to us due to incorrect  address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping cost. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
